Configurations sold under one name
TerraMaster sells the F4-425 Plus in two configurations, and the listing title says which. Its specification table covers the Intel N150 unit with 16GB of DDR5, and the memory figures here are that unit's. For the Intel N95 unit, TerraMaster's page states 8GB of DDR4, dual 5GbE and three M.2 slots, and gives no memory slot count or limit, so none is stated here for it.
The F4-425 Pro is sold in two configurations, and the listing title says which: an Intel N350 with 16GB fitted, or an Intel N305 with 8GB fitted. Slot count, memory limit, bays and M.2 slots are the same on both.

Where the figures come from
Each row was read from the maker's own specification page for the model on October 12, 2026. "Not published" means the maker's page gives no figure, so none is stated here. Prices are live Amazon.com listings and change through the day.
A model is in the comparison only if its specification page was read and saved on the check date; other TerraMaster listings still appear in the price table.
