UGREEN's rules for M.2 drives are short and the same on every model with slots: an NVMe 2280 drive, between 32GB and 8TB for a storage volume, with no heatsink, and preferably not a high-power PCIe 4.0 model. The slots take a storage volume or a read-only cache. Six models have two slots and the all-flash DXP480T Plus has four, so the most M.2 storage on any UGREEN model here is 32TB.
